As if that wasn’t enough, San Diego’s toaster-mystic,Gonjasufi will also be on hand to deliver his singular hazy global-synthesis to Convergence with a blisteringly intense performance.
Jacques Greene plays live, debuting material from his new album and hosts Lone’s fearless and flamboyant sonic palette, coupled with collaborator and audiovisual designer, Konx-Om-Pax at Electric Brixton. Greene also invites idiosyncratic and acclaimed musician-performer Yves Tumor, who promises an invigorating and confrontational live show. Plus young Spanish producer Pional brings his deep, compulsive brand of electronics to a London audience.

Over at KOKO, veteran sound architect Daniel Lanois will perform a solo instrumental set of songs from his critically acclaimed new album “Goodbye to Language”. He is joined by LA beat scene producer Nosaj Thing and the art-rock composer and former Battles frontman, Tyondai Braxton who brings together electronic and modern orchestral elements in his rousing new solo show. Brooklyn-based acoustic ensemble, Dawn of Midi open the evening with their sonic tapestry of trance-inducing grooves.
Newly announced at Jazz Cafe, legendary electronic pioneers Radiophonic Workshop will be joined by innovator, DJ and producer Andrew Weatherall, and White Noise – the band behind the groundbreaking 1969 LP 'An Electric Storm'. Completing the line-up are Nordic Grammy winning act Orka, who’ll perform in collaboration with DJ Ben Osborne.
LA / South London-based singer and producer Klein, NTS favourite Nkisi a.k.a Melika Ngombe Kolongo, and experimental artist Scientific Dreamz of U will also be performing as part of Native Instrument’s showcase at Saturday’s Convergence Sessions.
